PRODUCT DEFINITION ANALYST 3
Summary
Business Analyst role gathering and documenting business requirements, creating BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows in an Agile setting. Collaborates with stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams using Jira and Confluence to support the full SDLC and UAT.
Job Title
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Support UAT, defect triage, and production validation.
- Drive stakeholder communication, requirement sign-offs, and process improvements.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Product-based organizations.
- Exposure to API integrations, process modeling, and system design.
- Domain experience in Travel or Airlines is an added advantage.
