Product Designer - Internal Startups
Summary
Own end-to-end product design for stealth internal startups at Wix's Innovations Vilnius team in a 0→1 environment. Collaborate with engineers and entrepreneurs in residence to research, prototype, and ship AI-heavy products through rapid experimentation and pivots.
Fully own design of some of internally built Wix startups (stealth): operate in 0->1 environment where product-market-fit is yet to be found, many experimentations and pivots to be done and you will be one of key people in making these decisions
Manage the entire design cycle of one or more early stage products: from researching, ideation, validation to crafting UI & UX for all product flow scenarios, adjusting code with AI and transferring your ideas to Software Engineers
Collaborate with one or more internal startup project teams consisting of entrepreneurs in residence and software engineers
Deliver great visual designs in a very fast paced, AI-heavy environment
Bring ideas, usability improvements, brand updates. We want our early products to be stunning. Explore new ways of working, methodologies and tools, to help shape the future of product development at Wix
3+ years of work experience in product design, preferably in an environment of building products from scratch
Strong knowledge and appreciation for all areas of user experience design, including research, testing, information architecture, interaction, visual design, and content
Great communication, organization, and analytics skills
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new things
Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and fast iteration. Proficient (or very curious) in working with AI

Salary range is 3000 - 5500 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSU package)
