Product Designer
You will design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for mobile and fintech products. You will develop UX strategies, create concepts and user flows, conduct research, analyze results, propose improvements, collaborate with product stakeholders, and mentor designers.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX/UI for products and services
- Develop UX strategies based on project and business goals
- Create design concepts using user personas and journey maps
- Design UX flows and user interfaces
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using questionnaires and interviews
- Analyze data and suggest product improvements
- Work with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver product experiences
- Design high-level UX strategies balancing business performance and user experience
- Manage designers, control quality, and provide mentoring
Requirements
- More than 3 years of professional mobile app UX/UI design experience for iOS or Android
- Experience using Figma and Adobe for UX/UI design
- Hands-on experience with product releases, effectiveness measurement, and continuous improvement
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English
- Experience using and evaluating PayPay or similar mobile payment and fintech apps
