Product Manager Agents

You lead the Lovable agent end to end by owning its quality, roadmap, evaluation framework, and feedback loops. You conduct user research, competitive analysis, evaluation analysis, prompt experimentation, and messaging work. You monitor regressions, improve agent reliability and trust, scope releases, and enable sales, support, and marketing with product context.

Responsibilities

• Represent the user by synthesizing findings on agent performance and behavior
• Run user interviews, competitive research, evaluation analysis, prompt experimentation, and messaging work
• Own the quality bar for agent outputs
• Drive evaluation infrastructure and monitor regressions
• Scope functionality and validate releases through user feedback and metrics
• Enable sales, support, and marketing to communicate agent capabilities

Requirements

• 6+ years in the software industry
• Direct ownership of an AI or LLM-powered product
• Experience building and shipping agent-based systems
• Technical fluency with model outputs, traces, and evaluations
• Strong product sense and systems thinking
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
