Product Manager
Summary
Product Manager owning the roadmap and lifecycle for microturbine systems and distributed energy solutions, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive strategy, development, and launch.
Essential Functions

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product roadmap for microturbine systems and distributed energy solutions.
- Lead long-term product strategy for the U.S. market, incorporating customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial opportunities.
- Prioritize engineering change requests and product enhancements.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage day-to-day product lifecycle questions and decisions.
- Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) release and review processes.
- Ensure product documentation, manuals, and instructions are updated and compliant with U.S. standards.
- Support design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls, and systems engineering teams to guide product development.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure product readiness and operational alignment.
- Provide product training for internal and external stakeholders.
Market & Customer Insight
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Translate customer requirements and market opportunities into detailed product specifications.
- Support pilot deployments, field validation, and customer feedback loops.
- May support pricing strategy, customer proposals, and technical sales efforts.
New Product Development
- Define specific design targets, features, functions, and pricing.
- Provide fact-based insights and recommendations from market data.
- Support commercialization and scaling of new technologies.
