Product Manager

BioStem Technologies is a leading medical technology company focused on advanced wound care and regenerative medicine. We develop and commercialize placental tissue allografts, cutting-edge wound care products, and surgical solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can independently lead project teams to develop and implement strategic upstream and downstream marketing initiatives for our portfolio of Placental Tissue products in the Advanced Wound Care market segment. This individual must have extensive commercial experience in sales and/or marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing. Primary responsibilities are:
· Lead implementation of all strategic marketing initiatives for the Advanced Wound Care portfolio of products
· Establish a highly differentiated portfolio of products with brands that contain clear brand identity/presence, positioning and value propositions
· Develop and implement creative & impactful marketing campaigns for all brands in the portfolio that engage customers and differentiate from competitive products in the target market
· Work collaboratively with R&D to develop needed clinical data and evidence for the portfolio to support successful market penetration and share gain
· Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership to develop aligned GTM tactics and promotional campaigns
· Lead execution of all product development, market research and pricing tactics
· Develop and implement innovative ways to connect with target audiences (social media, etc.) & increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
· Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer testing of both current of future commercialization tactics
· Attend conferences, meetings, conventions, in order to stay current on market trends and new research
· Create and adhere to marketing budgets
