Product Manager, Consumer
You will lead product development across consumer and restaurant experiences, own roadmap strategy through launch, define product vision, study users, translate operational constraints into solutions, apply AI tools, track product metrics, and improve payments, loyalty, and restaurant integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for critical platform and product experience areas
- Define and drive product vision
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations
- Understand restaurant operators, servers, and diners through research, data analysis, and field work
- Translate operational and technical constraints into user-centered solutions
- Develop product leverage strategies through AI tools
- Set product goals and metrics and track progress
- Identify and solve systemic problems across payments, loyalty, and restaurant integrations
- Represent the customer voice in cross-functional discussions
- Improve user experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience with consumer experiences, payments, fintech, or marketplace platforms
- Ability to ship impactful products in fast-moving environments
