Product Manager, Crypto

You own money-movement products spanning deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, and crypto transfers. You connect engineering, design, operations, compliance, and external vendors, translate business and compliance needs into specifications, and use data to define priorities and improve customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, and crypto transfers
• Connect engineering, design, operations, compliance, and external vendors
• Translate business and compliance requirements into specifications
• Collaborate with engineering on APIs and integrations
• Analyze product funnels
• Define KPIs
• Prioritize fixes based on customer impact and business risk

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience at leading B2C technology companies
• Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto handling customer funds
• Understanding of cards, bank transfers, PSPs, custody models, wallet flows, MiCA, and the Travel Rule
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• UX sensibility
• Proficiency with Figma and Miro
• Daily use of LLMs and prototyping tools
• Ability to build interactive prototypes
• Ability to describe concrete AI workflows
