Product Manager / Director, Structured Products

You will lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies and custom payoff structures for diverse user segments. You will develop short and medium-term product roadmaps based on market conditions, product life cycle and competitive landscape. You will oversee project progress and cooperate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing and operations. You will use data-driven thinking to drive AUM and user growth, manage the user life cycle across acquisition, retention and conversion, and monitor market trends in crypto structured products to turn insights into actionable initiatives. You will also collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models and risk frameworks for new offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of structured products including principal-protected products, yield enhancement strategies and custom payoff structures
• Develop short and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps
• Oversee project progress and cooperate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, risk management, marketing and operations
• Formulate and implement growth and operation strategies using data-driven thinking
• Manage the user life cycle including acquisition, retention and conversion
• Monitor and analyze market trends in crypto structured products and translate insights into actionable product initiatives
• Collaborate with quantitative and risk teams to define product parameters, pricing models and risk frameworks

Requirements

• 3+ years of product manager experience with a bachelor's degree or above
• Solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts
• Strong skills in product design and project management
• Proficiency in identifying user needs through data analysis and implementing growth strategies
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a global cross-timezone environment
• Background in mathematics, economics or related quantitative fields preferred
