Product Manager / Director, VIP Growth & Operations
You will own day-to-day VIP growth and operations execution, build lifecycle programs and operating frameworks, partner with local markets, plan VIP events, develop growth tools, establish data-driven measurement, coordinate platform improvements, and optimize programs using KPIs and market feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day VIP Growth & Operations execution
- Build and run a VIP lifecycle operations framework
- Partner with Local Market teams on market plans
- Plan and execute VIP offsites and online events
- Develop and scale VIP growth programs and tools
- Establish a data-driven growth operating model
- Coordinate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Define KPIs and optimize programs based on data and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience
- Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry
- Experience with institutional services, API trading, and VIP incentive programs
- Experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or high-net-worth client-related products
- Data analysis proficiency
- Fluency in English and Chinese
