1. Conduct research to identify customer and market needs for the

OLX & OLXMobbi products.

2. Define user stories, customer journeys, and personas, and

collaborate with the UI/UX team to create wireframes for OLX &

OLXMobbi.

3. Analyze and design the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to

align with the OLX & OLXMobbi product roadmap, including business

strategy, prioritization, MVP, value proposition, customer journey,

business/financial model, success metrics, POCs, business

processes, and application development/backlog.

4. Work closely with the Agile team, including UI/UX designers/researchers, developers, QA/testers, and business

operations support for efficient development under an Agile and

DevOps framework, and collaborate with product data analytics to

define and verify data requirements.

5. Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and provide

ongoing support with QA and production support teams.

6. Prepare and manage all necessary development documents,

including the PRD, wireframes, and use of JIRA tools.
