What You Will Do

• Champion the Product Vision: Cultivate deep alignment and buy-in for the product vision across both internal cross-functional teams and key external stakeholders.

• Own the Roadmap: Define, refine, and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with overarching business goals.

• Translate Strategy to Action: Transform high-level product strategy into detailed, actionable requirements, user stories, and prototypes for the engineering teams.

• Prioritize for Impact: Scope, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on meticulous business and customer impact analysis.

• Accelerate Time-to-Market: Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features rapidly while optimizing resources.

• Orchestrate Launches: Drive end-to-end product launches, collaborating closely with executives, marketing, and the broader product management team.

• Optimize Customer Experience: Analyze user behavior to identify product gaps, generating innovative ideas to capture market share and boost growth.

What You Bring

• Industry Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager specifically within the iGaming/Gambling industry (this is a mandatory requirement for this role).

• Lifecycle Mastery: Demonstrated success managing all aspects of a digital product throughout its entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.

• Technical Fluency: A strong technical background with a solid understanding of (or hands-on experience in) software development and web technologies.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Sharp data analytics skills combined with experience conducting deep market and competitive analysis.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of collaborating effectively within matrixed organizations.

Nice to Have:

• A strong operational understanding of online Casino ecosystems.

• Familiarity with compliance and responsible gambling frameworks across key jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, SGA, DGA).
