Product Manager / General Manager (Principal)
You will own the flagship game's outcomes across activation, retention, monetization, and live operations. You will ship onboarding improvements, a Career Mode, seasons, events, challenges, and social features; use metrics and player feedback to guide decisions; establish repeatable product systems; and expand successful approaches across additional games, mobile, AI, and UGC initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own activation, retention, monetization, and live operations outcomes end-to-end
- Identify bottlenecks, set the plan, align the team, and deliver product improvements
- Improve onboarding, goals, progression, and reasons for players to return
- Launch a single-player Career Mode with progression, bot gameplay, milestones, rewards, and narrative framing
- Create and run seasons, events, challenges, drops, experiments, and weekly iterations
- Improve parties, squads, competitive ladders, leaderboards, tournaments, spectating, and community moments
- Prioritize work based on metrics and return on investment
- Set standards for quality, pacing, and reliability
- Build dashboards, rituals, operating cadence, quality bars, and launch playbooks
- Expand product scope to additional games
- Advise and influence mobile, AI, and UGC efforts
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- Experience building or operating live-service products
- Experience with ongoing updates, events, economies, progression, battle passes, ranked seasons, experimentation, and iteration
- Ability to own and improve D1, D7, and D30 funnels and cohorts
- Ability to use data and player feedback together
- Ability to lead across design, engineering, art, analytics, community, and marketing
- Experience shipping or owning live-service games, progression systems, economies, competitive ladders, or social platform mechanics
- Experience with social games, UGC ecosystems, or products for younger demographics
- Sports game intuition or familiarity with competitive multiplayer communities
