Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a product manager to be based in Riyadh.

Main responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Building the strategy and marketing plan for the product that will be launched in the relevant therapeutic area, ensuring those plans are implemented and monitored to reach mid to long-term sales targets.
• Developing and executing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts.
• Demonstrating strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive access and growth for innovative therapies.
• Conducting regular market analysis and market research, developing a deep understanding of business dynamics, tracking the competitive environment, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize brand potential.
• Designing tactical plans in line with the brand strategy and executing all marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working in specialty portfolio (Oncology/Endocrinology/Immunosuppressants, etc.).
• Currently based outside Saudi Arabia and willing to relocate to KSA.
• Native Arabic speaker is a must.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative and creative, enabling the agility to capitalize on market opportunities.
