Product Manager
You will own the product surface for institutional onboarding, getting institutions through KYB faster with less manual effort and lower abandonment. You will own the Sumsub KYB integration end-to-end across Luno Institutional, Blocktower, and global onboarding via Bermuda. You will work directly with compliance, legal, and country teams to define what global access means in practice, and you will build the feedback loops that show whether onboarding is working and fix it when it isn't. You will quantify drop-off, turn it into prioritisation decisions your pod can act on, and translate revenue goals into meaningful, measurable work for your team.
Responsibilities
- Own the Sumsub KYB integration end-to-end across Luno Institutional, Blocktower, and global onboarding via Bermuda
- Cut time-to-onboard from 9 days to 2 and reduce abandonment from 71% to 40%
- Work directly with compliance, legal, and country teams to navigate global access
- Build feedback loops to measure onboarding performance and fix issues
- Quantify drop-off and translate it into prioritisation decisions for the pod
- Manage third-party vendor integrations and hold partners accountable
- Synthesise compliance and business decisions into requirements engineering teams can build against
Requirements
- Experience building products for regulated customers
- Comfort working in ambiguity at the intersection of product and compliance
- Ability to quantify drop-off and translate it into prioritisation decisions
- Experience managing third-party vendor integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile manner for continuous delivery
- Experience integrating with third parties and developing fintech and/or crypto products
- Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement strategy, preferably in fintech or crypto
