Product Manager – Payments
You will own a product or a significant portion of one, managing it through its full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch. You will coordinate between engineers, designers, architects, and users to bring product initiatives to life. You will build and communicate product roadmaps, apply agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and use tools like Jira to keep work organized. You will support product marketing efforts with documentation and communications, and you will integrate customer feedback into ongoing product development. You will be expected to become an expert in digital asset transactions, DeFi, and other blockchain-related topics relevant to clients.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience delivering on accounting, tax, financial reporting, treasury, and FP&A capabilities
- Experience working with users in the finance, accounting, tax functions
- Significant experience owning a product or portion of one, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch
- Proven success coordinating between engineers, designers, architects, and users
- Experience building and communicating product roadmaps
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira
- Experience supporting product marketing with documentation and communications
- Ability to integrate customer feedback into product development
- Strong B2B product management experience
- Experience with ERPs or other finance systems (Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Experience in enterprise SaaS
- Knowledgeable of digital assets, DeFi, and blockchain related topics
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Design, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- CPA a plus but not required
- Startup experience and success required
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional execution
