Product Manager

ReturnPro is building the software operating system for reverse logistics - a platform that connects returns processing, refurbishment, resale, and recovery analytics into one unified SaaS ecosystem.

This is not maintaining a mature product.

This is building the category.

You will:

• Own the roadmap for a reverse logistics SaaS platform used by major retailers
• Translate complex supply chain workflows into scalable software
• Drive automation across returns processing, refurbishment, and recovery paths
• Work directly with engineering, UX, and operations to ship meaningful product improvements
• Turn fragmented returns data into actionable recovery intelligence
• Help transform returns from a cost center into a recovery engine

Most product managers ship features.

You will define how an entire industry runs its returns operations.

This role sits at the intersection of software, logistics, e-commerce, and recovery economics.
