Product Manager Spain (ERP)
About the role
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our ERP solutions for the Spanish market. You will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to deliver products that address real customer needs while supporting the company's growth strategy.
Main responsibilities
Analyze customer, market, and stakeholder needs to identify opportunities and define valuable product solutions.
Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, balancing business priorities, customer feedback, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
Drive the evolution of the product offering and contribute to the definition of solutions tailored to different customer segments.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, and ERP Consultants, to ensure successful product adoption and continuous improvement.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
Your profile
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or ERP solutions.
Experience working with accounting firms in Spain (asesorías y despachos profesionales).
Knowledge of accounting or tax processes is a plus.
Experience in product launches or go-to-market initiatives would be an advantage.
Experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively in an international environment.
Native Spanish speaker with professional proficiency in English or French.
