Product Manager Stocks
You own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a stocks product across its full lifecycle. You define requirements, prioritize features, design intuitive user experiences, and lead products from concept through launch and iteration. You work with engineering, design, legal, compliance, operations, and business teams while navigating capital markets, brokerage, trading, settlement, and blockchain infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the stocks product
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and translate them into simple product experiences
- Lead products from concept through launch and iteration
- Define requirements and prioritize features
- Design experiences that abstract brokerage, trading, settlement, and blockchain complexity
- Partner with engineering and design to build consumer products
- Work with legal, compliance, operations, and business teams to bring traditional financial assets onchain
- Develop an understanding of market structure, trading workflows, liquidity, and the competitive landscape
- Use customer insights, product data, and market developments to identify opportunities
- Inform product decisions
- Define the longer-term product vision for stocks and real-world assets onchain
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping consumer-facing financial products
- Understanding of capital markets and market structure
- Understanding of trading, order books, execution, and brokerage workflows
- Expertise in securities market infrastructure
- Understanding of clearing and settlement ecosystems
- Understanding of stock trading lifecycles
- Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and compliance frameworks for securities trading
