Product Manager Trainee
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Product Management team who will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects according to expectations and quality standards set by Team Lead. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional team members, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Gaining a deep understanding of the company’s business model, products, ecosystem, and sustainability domain
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, needs, demands and threats in the sustainability landscape to shape future direction, develop product and solution concepts, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Identify and prioritize features enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop high-quality features that meet customer and partner needs.
- Defining the product roadmap and process while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
Key Skill: - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Understanding of product management journey and fundamentals
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 0- 1 years of experience in a fast-paced software product company as a product analyst, data analyst, product owner, or associate product manager.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and wire framing tools
Good to have :
- Basic Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
