Product Manager, (Ukraine, only Vinnytsia)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Product Manager to drive the next wave of innovation in our AI-powered platform. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between engineering teams and customers, ensuring our products not only meet technical requirements but also deliver exceptional value and user experience.

What you will do:

Develop and manage the product roadmap, working with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
Lead the full product lifecycle: research, planning, specs, launch, and iteration.
Talk to customers and analyze usage data to understand needs and pain points.
Prioritize features and improvements based on business goals and user impact.
Write clear specs and user stories, and help guide the team through delivery.
Stay up to date on SaaS, ITSM, and AI trends, and bring new ideas to the table.
Measure product success and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:

5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS with a large user base.
Experience working with technical teams and understanding enterprise software.
Comfortable working with AI/ML or data-driven products.
Strong communication skills- you can explain complex topics simply.
Experience with agile product development and cross-team collaboration.
An analytical mindset: You use data to make decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or relevant experience.
