Product Manager (Website)

Summary

Product Manager driving website growth strategy—owns the roadmap, runs A/B tests, optimizes conversion funnels and registration flows, and partners with marketing, SEO, design, and engineering to improve site performance and organic visibility.

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and optimization of our website growth strategy. In this role, you will drive conversion, improve user journeys, lead data-driven experiments, and identify high-impact opportunities across the funnel. Working closely with marketing, product, design, SEO, and engineering teams, you will help turn user insights into measurable business growth while building a culture of continuous experimentation and performance improvement.

Responsibilities
Develop and own the website growth strategy and roadmap, aligning initiatives with product and marketing goals
Identify opportunities to increase conversion from visit to registration through analysis of user behavior and funnel performance
Detect friction points in the registration flow and implement solutions to improve completion rates
Plan, launch, and analyze continuous A/B tests and growth experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics
Optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and overall user journeys to improve engagement and conversion
Implement and monitor technical SEO improvements to increase organic visibility and site discoverability
Improve page speed, site performance, and overall technical health of the website in collaboration with engineering teams
Analyze behavioral data, user sessions, and funnel drop-offs to identify actionable insights
Work closely with marketing, SEO, design, product, and engineering teams (to implement growth initiatives)
Build a data-driven experimentation culture

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience working on web products or growth funnels
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion-oriented design.
Experience improving conversion funnels
Experience running A/B tests or experimentation programs
Understanding of SEO fundamentals
Experience working with web analytics tools
Ability to identify user behavior patterns and growth opportunities
Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end

Will be a plus
Experience in fintech, trading, or crypto
Experience with high-traffic B2C websites
Understanding of technical SEO
Experience improving website performance and page speed
