Job Description
- Identify, Drive, & Implement Market-based Growth Opportunities For Assigned Customers
- Identify Customer Needs & Support Business Development And Sales Team In Line With Business Strategy
- Develop And Implement Marketing Programs For Customers
- Implement The Marketing Concept To Establish A Strong Brand Presence In The Market
Requirement
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
- The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
- A minimum 8 years of working experience in marketing or product marketing in the electrical, automation, data center, or renewable energy industry
- Have experience in managing a team of 5+ people
- Have extensive network in several industries (commercial building, industrial, governmental, etc)
- Experience in growing a business/product from scratch would be a plus
- Being able to foster long term relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population
