Product/Project Manager
Hey! We are looking for a new team member to join our company! As a Product/Project Manager at Lynksen, you will play an important role in our mission in developing human-centric digital products 🌟
The project aims to create an AI-driven web application that strengthens the security and access control functions of surveillance systems. The objective is to design an intuitive, user-friendly interface that communicates complex data in an accessible and visually compelling way. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating designs that blend aesthetic appeal with practical value.
Requirements:
✦ 2+ years in software product management, ideally across product and outsourcing projects
✦ Experience as a Project Manager with team leadership responsibilities
✦ Proven record of delivering features or products end to end, including client-facing deliveries
✦ Strong skills in discovery, problem framing, PRDs, and user stories
✦ Experience with roadmaps, prioritization, backlog management, and release planning
✦ Metrics mindset: defining KPIs, analyzing product data, and driving business/client decisions
✦ Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices in product and outsourcing setups
✦ Budget planning, forecasting, and capacity coordination
✦ Clear communicator with stakeholders, engineers, designers, and clients
✦ Fluent English for collaboration with US and international customers
Responsibilities:
✦ Own the full product lifecycle, balancing product vision with client needs
✦ Support and development of company's product services
✦ Align product goals with business objectives and outsourcing client expectations
✦ Conduct discovery with UX and client stakeholders to validate scope and solutions
✦ Maintain and refine backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery contexts
✦ Prioritize work by goals, capacity, and budgets; plan sprints and releases with distributed teams
✦ Track KPIs and product performance against roadmap and client success metrics
✦ Prepare and maintain product and delivery documentation (PRD, SRS, roadmap, reports)
✦ Coordinate budgets, billing cadence, and resource planning for client portfolios
✦ Lead ceremonies, workshops, reviews, and syncs with internal and external teams
✦ Manage risks, changes, and delivery timelines with focus on outcomes
✦ Support pre-sales, onboarding, and client engagement to strengthen outsourcing partnerships
