Production Manager - Audio

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, plan, and execute audio production for live and recorded programs, station IDs, promos, and interstitials.
• Design and develop the station’s musical identity, including the selection of music and jingles that reflect the brand image.
• Supervise the production team and sound engineers, ensuring the highest technical and creative quality across all outputs.
• Monitor live broadcasts, ensuring smooth operations and prompt troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Implement the latest technologies and international best practices to enhance sound quality and listener engagement.
• Manage and maintain the station’s music and sound effects library.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in audio and radio production within a broadcast or media environment.
• Professional proficiency in audio editing and mixing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Adobe Audition).
• Strong understanding of sonic identity and audio branding.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with experience managing teams and projects.
• Solid knowledge of technical standards for radio and music broadcasting.
