• Density & Performance Compliance: Oversee production lines to ensure all HEART™ panels strictly maintain our engineered bulk density
  

  2. Production Planning & Optimization

  • Yield Optimization: Utilize nesting software and cutting algorithms to minimize panel off-cuts during CNC cutting, V-Grooving, and shaping operations, actively reducing manufacturing wastage.

  • Capacity Planning: Coordinate with the regional sales teams to schedule fabrication lines across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, avoiding production bottlenecks.

  • Custom Customization Management: Oversee the execution of bespoke architectural orders, including digital printing, CNC routing, 3D tiles, and ceiling baffle configurations.
