このポジションについて The Production Manager for Hotmelt Operation oversees all manufacturing activities related to hotmelt adhesive processes, ensuring efficient production flow, product quality, and safety compliance. 職務内容 Production Management Manage daily hotmelt production operations to meet output and quality targets. Develop and manage production schedules. Monitor process parameters, equipment, and raw materials. Process Equipment Control Oversee operation and maintenance of hotmelt equipment. Troubleshoot temperature, viscosity, flow, and equipment issues. Implement preventive maintenance with engineering teams. Quality Assurance Ensure product quality meets specifications. Collaborate with QC/QA on defect analysis and CAPA. Maintain documentation including SOPs and production records. Safety Compliance Enforce safety procedures related to high-temperature materials. Ensure compliance with EHS standards. Conduct risk assessments and safety training. Team Leadership Supervise production staff. Conduct training on equipment and process control. Evaluate performance and develop operator skills. Continuous Improvement Lead yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle-time reduction projects. Support Lean/Six Sigma/TPM programs. Promote automation and digitalization initiatives.
