Program Analyst-RS3 Prog and Data Analytics

Position Title: Program Analyst

Location: Arlington, VA

Clearance Level: Secret

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide expertise on ARNG Roles, Missions, Authorities and Army strategic guidance and key planning efforts such as The Army Plan (TAP), Total Army Analysis (TAA), the Army Equipment Modernization Strategy (AEMS), and the Long-Range Investment Requirements Analysis (LIRA)Range Investment Requirements Analysis (LIRA).
Serve as a bridge between the Planning and Programming phases in the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process and ensures that analytic efforts support AR.NG Senior Leader guidance and priorities.
Maintain content, develop briefings and presentations, organizational sharepoint, provide systems security and privacy compliance, create tutorials and training videos, user guides, and maintain system documentation in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d).
Serve as the primary facilitator for preparation, execution, follow up, and tracking of tasks and due outs for all meetings associated with the new PPBC-G process which is the chartered process for enterprise level resourcing decisions within the ARNG.
