Position Overview
The Program Control Analyst supports the financial and operational success of projects across the organization. Partnering closely with Project Managers, Finance, Contracts, and senior Program Control professionals, this position supports project planning, forecasting, cost management, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
The successful candidate will proactively support accurate project execution, financial integrity, and compliance with contractual and organizational requirements by analyzing project performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making, optimize project outcomes, and drive program success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Program Controls function through ad hoc analyses, meeting participation, reporting activities, and Unanet system administration.
- Establish and maintain project records, task and charge codes, labor categories, and funding structures within Unanet.
- Partner with Project Managers to develop, maintain, and update Estimates at Completion (EACs) as part of the monthly reporting cycle, including:
- Cost and revenue forecasting
- Budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Subcontractor cost tracking and management
- Customer and subcontractor invoice monitoring
- Profitability and margin analysis
- Development of project scenario modeling and "what-if" analyses
- Prepare, review, and submit timely and accurate financial, operational, and progress reports for internal stakeholders and government clients.
- Coordinate with the Subcontracts team to establish and modify subcontract funding, labor categories, and contractual agreements.
- Support the development of pricing proposals and cost estimates for contract modifications.
- Assist with pricing and financial analysis for new business opportunities, contract awards, and proposal submissions.
- Provide Unanet system support, troubleshooting, and user guidance to Project Managers and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and best practices.
- Perform additional project-specific activities, corporate analyses, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
