This newly created role sits within a broader transformation program and reports to the Head of Transformation, alongside three other direct reports. About the Role
This newly created role sits within a broader transformation program and reports to the Head of Transformation, alongside three other direct reports. You will bridge business and proposition owners with technical and digital delivery teams, engaging senior stakeholders and GM level leaders to keep delivery aligned to customer outcomes.

- Keep delivery focused on customer impact, understanding and escalating risk rather than making unilateral trade off decisions
- Mobilise and drive workstreams through a matrixed, multi stakeholder environment
- Partner closely with a small executive team, including senior stakeholder and GM level engagement
- Strong background in complex transformation delivery within matrixed organisations
- Genuine customer and/or product delivery background, ideally across the full product design lifecycle (development, launch, scaling, end to end customer journey)
- Comfortable operating between business and technical/digital delivery teams, translating one into the other
- Confident communicator at executive and GM level
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role
