Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior leader responsible for overall contract execution, ensuring successful delivery of Tactical Communications (TACCOM) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Engineering Support Services. This position provides strategic leadership, manages cost, schedule, quality, and risk, and serves as the primary interface with the Government.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall execution of TACCOM engineering, modernization, operations, and maintenance projects and ensure coordinated delivery across multiple concurrent efforts
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the customer regarding system planning, design, execution, services, priorities, status, and issue resolution
- Plan, schedule, staff, and coordinate large-scale projects supporting secure, encrypted, interoperable P25 tactical communications systems
- Integrate O&M work with other TACCOM initiatives through resource plans, schedules, financial reporting, project documentation, purchasing, and travel coordination
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project and provide Government visibility through ICE-approved systems and SharePoint
- Manage resource allocation, budgets, performance measures, quality assurance, requirements, risks, issues, and mitigation actions
- Report cost, schedule, technical performance, accomplishments, planned work, concerns, and recommendations to Government leadership
- Direct staffing and workload execution; manage work hours, travel, other direct costs, and subcontractor and vendor performance within approved requirements
- Maintain project management plans, standard operating procedures, status reports, risk matrices, and other Government-directed documentation
- Ensure services follow applicable ISO 9001, PMI, ITIL, DHS SELC, security, and accessibility requirements
- Coordinate nationwide field activities and lead recurring progress meetings, executive briefings, technical reviews, and Government-requested program reviews
