Program Manager

East House is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall functioning of the designated program including planning, development, and implementation of coordinated comprehensive recovery-based services that improve the quality of life for individuals served. This includes ensuring adherence to licensing and accreditation standards, managing the program within budgetary goals, supervising staff, implementing evidence-based programming, and fostering a supportive work environment aligned with East House values.

In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above. East House considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
