Program Manager
You recruit startup applicants, lead cohort selection, build relationships with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners, and run two accelerator programs. You coach founders, manage program logistics, track outcomes, report metrics, engage Alabama stakeholders, support alumni, and represent gener8tor in the Southeast Alabama startup ecosystem.

- Coach participating startups
- Provide structured guidance on customer discovery, traction, storytelling, business models, and fundraising
- Connect founders with mentors, investors, customers, and ecosystem resources
- Support accelerator alumni
- Track startup and program metrics
- Analyze and report program data
- Build stakeholder relationships across Alabama
- Manage Alabama Forestry partner relationships
- Provide weekly updates
- Support the Dothan entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Represent gener8tor at startup ecosystem events
- Support broader gener8tor initiatives
