Program Manager

Job description

The E2E project manager is responsible for leading strategic and complex programs across multiple organizations and functional areas. This role requires strong program management capabilities, executive communication skills, and the ability to coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, operations, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of project execution, including planning, governance, risk management, milestone tracking, escalation handling, and delivery management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills while operating independently in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs from initiation through deployment and operational handoff.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, operations, infrastructure, security, and business organizations.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate program review meetings and executive status updates.
  • Identify program risks, blockers, and dependencies while driving mitigation and resolution plans.
  • Track scope, schedules, deliverables, and overall program health.
  • Support release readiness, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization activities.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and operational processes.
  • Continuously improve program execution methodologies and operational efficiency.
