Program Manager
Summary
Lead day-to-day execution of a U.S. government contract, coordinating cross-functional technical teams and translating requirements into measurable cost, schedule, performance, and contractual results. Serve as the primary customer interface, manage risk and business development, and use Microsoft Project; an active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and direct cross-functional, integrated teams while serving as a key interface with government customers and Radiance leadership. This position requires a leader who can operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels of understanding customer priorities, building effective teams, solving complex problems, and translating requirements into measurable program results. This individual will be responsible for driving program execution and ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution of the contract, ensuring performance against cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives.
Serve as a primary customer interface to government stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams of program managers, engineers, analysts, and technical subject-matter experts.
Develop innovative approaches and solutions to complex technical and programmatic challenges.
Understand and support U.S. Government acquisition processes, including requirements development and acquisition planning.
Establish and maintain program organizations, processes, and execution strategies aligned with customer requirements.
Develop, coordinate, and deliver program milestones and technical deliverables.
Clearly and effectively communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations through both written and verbal communication.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers, senior government officials, and Radiance executive management.
Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain successful program execution.
Support business development, proposal activities, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Master’s degree in one of the following: engineering, science, business, management, or 16+ years equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
Supervisory experience 5+ years
Recent and relevant experience working with the AFRL, NASIC, NSIC, universities, or similar government and academic organizations 5+ years
IT solution development and implementation experience
Familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes and practices.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and executive-level management.
Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling and tracking tools.
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer requirements.
