Program Manager, Service and Delivery
You will guide the implementation of client solutions across the Americas and manage the health of programs spanning multiple engagements. You will translate strategic objectives into delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, communicate with executive stakeholders, support project managers, and help develop the PMO.
Responsibilities
- Own program-level delivery across concurrent treasury implementations
- Serve as the senior contact for client sponsors and executive stakeholders
- Develop program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and reports
- Manage dependencies, risks, and customer concerns
- Drive issue resolution across internal and external teams
- Facilitate executive status updates and steering committee meetings
- Conduct post-implementation reviews
- Mentor project managers
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success
- Champion governance, change management, and continuous improvement
- Develop PMO playbooks and methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years managing enterprise SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations
- Experience managing complex multi-solution programs
- Experience working with remote resources and global teams
- Client and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with systems integrators or consulting firms
- Knowledge of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management
- Experience with Ripple Treasury, GTreasury, Kyriba, or ION
- Experience managing program risks and issues
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior project managers and consultants
