Program Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Program Management Office. Partnering with the Senior Program Manager, you will help shape how the StraitsX Product organization operates and scales. This role sits at the center of how our Product team plans, communicates, and continuously improves. You will drive recurring reviews, cross-team enablement, and the training pipeline that keeps every PM up to speed, while also contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the team's long-term direction.

This position requires equal comfort with process design and hands-on execution. You will build the systems and stakeholder cadences that keep a fast-moving Product organization aligned—catching dependencies and risks before they surface as problems. We move fast and treat AI as a core capability; you will leverage AI tools to automate coordination and reporting, freeing up your capacity to focus on higher-value, strategic work.

Note: This position is based in Jakarta and requires close collaboration with our Product, Commercial, People, and Engineering teams across Singapore and Indonesia.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Initiatives: Partner on key initiatives that expand the scope and impact of the PMO, leveraging strong AI fluency to influence tool adoption and improve ways of working across the team.

• Operating Cadence & Rituals: Manage the operating cadence for the Product organization's key meetings and reviews—from agenda-setting to tracking decisions. Support core rituals like planning, reporting, and knowledge-sharing through reliable coordination.

• Risk Systems & Follow-Through: Design lightweight systems to identify dependencies and risks early. Drive cross-functional commitments to ensure deliverables land ahead of key deadlines.

• Onboarding & Training: Manage and optimize the onboarding and training pipeline for new joiners on the Product team, as well as external partner onboarding processes.

• Program Engagement: Ensure the Product team's day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently by driving program adoption and team engagement initiatives.

• AI Automation: Actively use AI tools to automate and streamline your own coordination, reporting, and operational workflows.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Location & Language: Based in Jakarta; business-fluent in English; highly comfortable collaborating across Singapore and Indonesia teams.

• Mindset: An early-career, self-starter mentality. You are comfortable figuring things out independently. We value drive, motivation, and execution over a specific degree background.

• Experience: Foundational experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations, ideally within a fast-growing tech or FinTech environment.

• AI & Crypto Fluency: A genuine personal interest in AI and digital assets. You actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) beyond occasional drafting—ideally, you have built a real workflow, script, or automation.

• Process Design: A proven track record of designing and implementing new processes from scratch, rather than just maintaining existing ones.

• Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to drive action and alignment through asynchronous updates.

• Execution: The ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent workstreams and balance competing stakeholder priorities.

• Agility: Deep comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

• Ambition: Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the role over time.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

• Prior professional exposure to FinTech, cross-border payments, or digital assets.

• Familiarity with Indonesia's regulatory landscape (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia).
