Programme Design & Development Executive
Job Summary
The incumbent designs, pilots, and improves active ageingprogrammes that meet the evolving needs of seniors. The role uses human-centreddesign, research insights, and feedback from pilots to develop practical,outcome-based programmes for wider implementation.
Responsibilities
· Conduct research with seniors to understandneeds, preferences, and active ageing trends.
· Design outcome-based programmes, includingobjectives, target audience, programme flow, and evaluation measures.
· Develop tools such as personas, journey maps,concept outlines, and feedback summaries to support programme design.
· Coordinate pilot programmes with Active AgeingCentres and relevant stakeholders.
· Gather and analyse feedback from seniors, staff,and stakeholders to refine programme concepts.
· Recommend whether programmes should proceed, beredesigned, scaled up, or discontinued.
· Document programme concepts, pilot outcomes, androllout recommendations for management review.
Requirements
· Degree in Design for Social Futures, SocialDesign, Service Design, Gerontology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
· Experience or interest in human-centred design,programme design, community development, or eldercare.
· Able to conduct research, facilitatediscussions, synthesise insights, and translate findings into practicalprogrammes.
· Good understanding of programme evaluation andoutcome measurement.
· Strong communication, analytical,problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Empathetic, curious, adaptable, and able to workindependently and collaboratively.
