Programme Manager
You plan and coordinate manufacturing test delivery for new product introductions, connecting chip, board, system, lab, and silicon characterisation activities. You create visibility across scope, milestones, dependencies, and readiness, support DfX reviews, manage cross-functional plans, and improve NPI and NPD processes.

Requirements
- Strong programme and project management skills
- Experience managing hardware-centric cross-functional programmes
- Ability to tailor waterfall, Agile, or Scrum delivery methods
- Understanding of test and diagnosis across silicon, packaged devices, PCB assemblies, server blades, and rack-scale systems
- Ability to connect hardware design, manufacturing, test, lab infrastructure, and silicon characterisation
- Experience managing complex technical, operational, and manufacturing dependencies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently across geographically distributed teams
