Project and Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Project and Compliance Manager to lead financial oversight of projects and ensure regulatory and internal compliance. The role involves budgeting, risk management, reporting, and liaising with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and financial reporting

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards

• Conduct risk assessments and recommend process improvements

• Prepare audit-ready documentation and coordinate with external auditors

• Deliver accurate and timely financial and compliance reports

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience

• ACCA-qualified with 35 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and project financials

• Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
