PROJECT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (RENEWABLE) - Constanta

Location: Constanța

Project Manager / Construction Manager

The role is required to oversees construction projects from start to finish according to the Contractual Scope of Work, coordinating all project stakeholders and acting as the primary liaison between Clients, EPC Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Design Engineers, and relevant authorities (if / where applicable, ex. State Inspectorate in Construction).

Short description

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations through dedicated Site Supervisors.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, manage impact of change orders and delays.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring work milestones are met.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with building codes and legal requirements.
• Quality Control: Ensure construction plans, methodologies and industry quality standards are met.
• Communication: Act as the central point of contact for key / project stakeholders. Manage evaluation reporting, progress reporting, as well as any other reporting as required by the Clients (ex. project specific).
