Project Control Analyst

The Project Control Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management and control of the CAPEX project portfolio. This role focuses on project lifecycle management—from initiation through closure—ensuring accurate financial tracking, timely reporting, and compliance with company processes. The Project Control Analyst maintains the integrity of project data in MFiles and SAP, manages cash flow forecasting, and provides critical support to project managers and leadership for portfolio visibility and decision-making. Together with project managers, they monitor individual projects to control spending and ensure deadlines. They collaborate with project managers to ensure that budgets, cash forecasts, schedules, and administrative & reporting processes run smoothly across the portfolio.
