KBR is looking for a Project Control Manager to be based on site in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Track costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Analyze schedule delays and cost variances.
- Manage progress measurement and earned value reporting.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Review contractor claims, variations, and change orders.
- Support management with KPI dashboards and executive reports.
- Ensure compliance with client and company project control procedures.

- Primavera P6 scheduling expertise.
- Cost control and budgeting.
- Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Risk management.
- Progress measurement and reporting.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of EPC, EPCM, and oil & gas construction projects.
Typical qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in project controls within oil & gas.
- PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certifications are advantageous.
- ADNOC experience is preferred.
