Project Control Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies to ensure successful project execution, utilizing Primavera P6 to monitor timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular project performance reviews, analyzing key metrics to identify variances and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, utilizing market analysis and historical data to ensure accurate financial forecasting and resource allocation.
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.
Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Total Experience: 15+ years experience at infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, highways.
Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Project Control Manager.
Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.
Languages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Software: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
