Summary
The Strategy & Growth Project Coordinator supports the execution of CHA's active enterprise
strategic priority and related Strategy & Growth initiatives by coordinating project activities,
maintaining project management systems, preparing documentation and reports, monitoring
deliverables, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The position provides
administrative and project coordination support for strategic projects, grants, business
development activities, partnerships, acquisitions, and implementation efforts while ensuring
accurate records, accountability, and organizational visibility. This position operates under the
direction of the Lead Project Manager and Strategy & Growth leadership and does not
independently lead enterprise-wide initiatives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Project & Operational Support
- Coordinate project activities under the direction of the Lead Project Manager.
- Maintain project plans, action logs, timelines, reporting tools, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings; prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor deliverables and support accountability across project teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and status updates.
- Maintain project files, templates, SOPs, process maps, and documentation repositories.
- Support cross-functional communication and coordination related to enterprise strategic priorities and Strategy & Growth initiatives.
- Update project management systems and reporting platforms
Business Development, Acquisitions & Strategic Growth Support
- Provide coordination support for partnerships, affiliations, acquisitions, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Maintain due diligence documentation, information requests, trackers, timelines, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, communications, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Assist with research, presentations, executive summaries, and board materials.
- Support implementation and integration activities associated with approved growth initiatives.
Grant, Contract, Strategy & Growth Funding Support
- Coordinate grant reporting activities, deadlines, and submission schedules.
- Collect, organize, validate, and maintain data and documentation required for funder reporting and compliance.
- Monitor reporting requirements and support internal coordination related to grants, funding opportunities, and implementation activities
Professional Development & Growth Pathway
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Participate in training opportunities related to project management, quality improvement, and organizational development.
- This position is designed as a developmental pathway for individuals interested in future growth into project management, strategic operations, quality improvement, business development support, grant administration, or other business-related functions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Project Management function.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
