Project Coordinator

ECHO is expanding its Product Development team with the addition of Project Coordinators! As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product Managers and Project Managers to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 based on experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in the successful development and launch of assigned new product development projects.
- Support Project Manager for assigned projects as needed.
- Create and maintain the detailed project schedule and task list for assigned projects, using supplied template and software.
- Attend regular project meetings and document discussion notes and action items.
- Lead meetings for assigned projects.
- Track tasks and past-due tasks for timely completion.
- Coordinate new product launch materials (e.g., packaging, marketing collateral, sell sheets, samples) with various departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Marketing).
- Setup new items in the company ERP system and verify item data accuracy with relevant departments.
- Assist with preparing stage-gate documents for assigned projects, which will be presented by the team to senior management for approval.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date project files and documentation to ensure a clear record across the product development process.
- Serve as a point of contact for cross-departmental coordination, helping ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and dependencies among departments.
Job Experience/Skills:
- 1-2 years of Project Management, Marketing, Product Development, Engineering or Sales experience.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks
- Experience with development and manufacturing of physical products highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with development and manufacturing of physical products highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, operations, or engineering.
