Project Coordinator – Laboratory Logistics & Support
The Project Coordinator coordinates laboratory testing workflows and provides administrative support at TRI’s Austin laboratory after scope and authorization are established. Client outreach is part of the job: regular outbound calls and emails to active, past, and dormant accounts. This is a long-term position, not a step toward a project management title; coordinators advance by handling more client accounts and a wider range of laboratory work, with pay that grows to match. The work is client-facing and detail-heavy: the coordinator tracks active jobs, keeps project records straight, and keeps clients informed.
