Project Coordinator (12-Month Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and coordinate the Project Installation Programme (CIP) with stakeholders, ensuring all scopes, timelines, and deliverables are covered.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any project obstacles or delays.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate project documentation and drawings (ELARDS) are maintained.
- Team Coordination: Guide installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven project coordination experience in LTA projects, preferably in the CCTV/security industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Competencies: Attention to detail, quality assurance, and customer relationship management.
