Project Coordinator

Summary
Project Coordinator managing installation and inspection/service projects for Mr. Clean Car Wash, owning the full project lifecycle including documentation, finances, vendor management, and field team logistics with crews of 2-3 technicians.
We are looking for driven individuals.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Manage installation and inspection/service projects.
- Prepare project documentation, deliverables, finances, resource allocations, and status.
- Responsible for project life cycle - includes expense reporting, risk management, equipment and team logistics, and vendor management.
- Work with customers, general contractors, team leaders, and local government agencies.
- Establish relationships and manage subcontractors and equipment vendors.
- Work with end users on layout adjustments.
- Review construction drawings and equipment layouts.
Typical field team size: 2 - 3 technicians/installers. Average project life cycles are approximately 6 months.
- Need strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge and experience with MS Office, specifically Excel, is desired.
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus, but not required.
- Professional demeanor.
- Teachable and a team player.
