Project Coordinator / PMO – Steering Systems
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator ensures efficient execution, transparency and compliance of steering systems development projects within OEM governance frameworks.
- Strong background in automotive project coordination / PMO
- Management of release processes, documentation status and milestone tracking
- Preparation of management reports, KPI dashboards and status presentations
- Organization, moderation and documentation of project meetings and committees
- Experience with OEM processes (preferably VW environment)
- High Level of structure, communication strength and stakeholder management
- Tool affinity (Jira, Confluence, project tracking tools)
